瘢痕子宫再次妊娠二次剖宫产与非瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇出血量及手术时间比较分析

摘　　要：目的 比较瘢痕子宫再次妊娠二次剖宫产与非瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇出血量及手术时间的差异。方法回顾性选取2023年1—12月福建省浦城县医院妇产科开展90例剖宫产分娩的产妇的临床资料,通过瘢痕子宫的诊断结果将其分为对照组(n=45,非瘢痕子宫妊娠)、观察组(n=45,瘢痕子宫再次妊娠),比较两组的手术时间、出血量、产后住院时间、并发症发生率。结果 观察组的手术时间、产后住院时间长于对照组,出血量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的并发症的发生率为20.00%(9/45),高于对照组的4.44%(2/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05)。结论 瘢痕子宫再次妊娠二次剖宫产的手术时间及住院时间长,出血量大,并发症发生率较高。Objective To compare the differences in the amount of bleeding and operation time between the second ce⁃sarean section of scarred uterus and the cesarean section of non-scarred uterus.Methods The clinical data of 90 par⁃turients who underwent cesarean section in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Pucheng County Hospital of Fujian Province from January to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the diagnosis results of scarred uterus,they were divided into control group(n=45,non-scarred uterus pregnancy)and observation group(n=45,scarred uterus pregnancy again).The operation time,bleeding volume,postpartum hospitalization time and compli⁃cation rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and postpartum hospitalization time of the observation group were longer than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the ob⁃servation group was 20.00%(9/45),which was higher than 4.44%(2/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05).Conclusion The operation time and hospitalization time of the second ce⁃sarean section of the second pregnancy of the scarred uterus are long,the amount of bleeding is large,and the inci⁃dence of complications is high.
