N-乙酰半胱氨酸雾化辅助治疗下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染患儿的临床疗效研究

摘  要:目的 探究N-乙酰半胱氨酸在治疗下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染患儿中的作用。方法 方便选取2022年12月—2023年12月连云港市赣榆区人民医院收治的127例肺炎支原体感染患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组63例,行常规治疗,研究组64例,在此基础上使用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液。对比两组症状缓解时间、炎性因子及免疫功能水平。结果 研究组症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组C反应蛋白为(4.35±1.12)mg/L,白细胞介素-8为(31.68±5.64)ng/L,白细胞介素-6为(93.91±6.37)pg/mL,肿瘤坏死因子-α为(42.29±4.37)pg/mL,均低于对照组的(7.91±1.28)mg/L、(45.29±5.83)ng/L、(102.74±6.28)pg/mL、(55.62±5.78)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=16.688、13.372、7.865、14.675,P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组免疫功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染,能够促进症状缓解,降低炎症因子水平,提高免疫功能。Objective To explore the role of N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of children with lower respiratory tract mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods A total of 127 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to Ganyu District People's Hospital of Lianyungang City of from December 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.63 cases in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and 64 cases in the study group were treated with acetylcysteine so⁃lution on this basis.The symptom relief time,inflammatory factors and immune function levels were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results The symptom relief time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-8,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the study group were(4.35±1.12)mg/L,(31.68±5.64)ng/L,(93.91±6.37)pg/mL and(42.29±4.37)pg/mL,respectively,which were lower than(7.91±1.28)mg/L,(45.29±5.83)ng/L,(102.74±6.28)pg/mL and(55.62±5.78)ng/L in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=16.688,13.372,7.865,14.675,all P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of lower respiratory tract mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can promote symptom relief,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve immune function.
