摘 要:目的 分析丙种球蛋白与抗病毒药物联合使用在治疗病毒性脑膜炎方面的临床疗效。方法 回顾性选取2022年1月—2024年1月单县中心医院收治的117例病毒性脑膜炎患者的临床资料,以不同治疗方式分为两组。在常规治疗基础上,常规组(n=58)应用阿昔洛韦治疗,探究组(n=59)则联合丙种球蛋白治疗,对比两组细胞因子水平、炎症因子水平、临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,探究组细胞因子低于常规组,免疫功能优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组治疗总有效率为96.61%(57/59),高于常规组的82.76%(48/58),差异有统计学意义(X^(2)=6.097,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 丙种球蛋白联合抗病毒药物治疗病毒性脑膜炎疗效更优,能显著降低细胞因子水平,提升免疫功能,且安全性佳。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of gammaglobulin combined with antiviral drugs in the treatment of viral meningitis.Methods The clinical data of 117 patients with viral meningitis admitted to Shanxian Central Hos⁃pital from January 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to differ⁃ent treatment methods.On the basis of conventional treatment,the conventional group(n=58)was treated with acyclo⁃vir,and the inquiry group(n=59)was treated with gammaglobulin.The cytokine levels,inflammatory factor levels,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cytokines in the inquiry group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the immune function was better than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the inquiry group was 96.61%(57/59),which was higher than 82.76%(48/58)in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.097,P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Gammaglobulin combined with anti⁃viral drugs is more effective in the treatment of viral meningitis,which can significantly reduce the level of cytokines,improve immune function,and has good safety.
