自我调节理论护理联合拓展型舒适护理在肺癌放化疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨给予肺癌放化疗患者自我调节理论护理联合拓展型舒适护理的效果。方法 方便选取2021年11月—2023年10月滨州市中心医院收治的76例肺癌放化疗患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分成对照组(38例)和干预组(38例),对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用自我调节理论护理联合拓展型舒适护理,比较两组自我效能感、癌因性疲乏及舒适度。结果 干预后,干预组一般自我效能感量表评分为(28.73±5.51)分,高于对照组的(26.14±5.09)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.128,P<0.05)。干预后,干预组的癌因性疲乏量表评分低于对照组,舒适状况量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 自我调节理论护理与拓展型舒适护理联合应用于肺癌放化疗患者中,能够促进自我效能感提升,提高舒适度,缓解癌因性疲乏。Objective To explore the effect of self-regulation theory nursing combined with extended comfort nursing on patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 76 patients with lung can⁃cer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from November 2021 to October 2023 were comueniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(38 cases)and intervention group(38 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,while the intervention group was given self-regulation theory nursing combined with extended comfort nursing.The self-efficacy,cancer-related fatigue and comfort of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the General Self-efficacy Scale score of the intervention group was(28.73±5.51)points,which was higher than that of the control group(26.14±5.09)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.128,P<0.05).After intervention,the Cancer Fatigue Scale score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,and the General Comfort Questionnaire score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of self-regulation theory nursing and extended comfort nursing in patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy can promote self-efficacy,improve comfort and relieve cancer-related fatigue.
