协同护理在浸润型肺结核中的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨协同护理对浸润型肺结核的应用效果及对患者生活质量的改善作用。方法 便利选取2022年1月—2023年12月连云港市第四人民医院收治的86例浸润型肺结核患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=43)予常规护理,观察组(n=43)则予协同护理,比较两组患者的治疗依从性、自我护理能力、生活质量。结果 观察组治疗依从性为93.02%(40/43),高于对照组的76.74%(33/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.441,P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的自护能力、生活质量评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 对浸润型肺结核患者采取协同护理,可以显著提升患者的治疗依从性,增强患者自我护理能力,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing on infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis and the improvement of patients'quality of life.Methods A total of 86 patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculo⁃sis admitted to Lianyungang Fourth People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently se⁃lected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods.The control group(n=43)was given routine nursing,while the observation group(n=43)was given collabora⁃tive nursing.The treatment compliance,self-care ability and quality of life of patients in two groups were compared.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was 93.02%(40/43),which was higher than 76.74%(33/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.441,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in patients in two groups were higher than before nursing,and those in the observa⁃tion group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing for patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis can significantly improve the treatment com⁃pliance of patients,enhance the self-care ability of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
