摘　　要：目的 探究维持性血液透析患者应用同伴支持干预的作用。方法 随机选取2023年2月—2024年2月山东省济南市济阳区人民医院收治的100例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为研究组、参照组,各50例。参照组行一般护理,研究组加用同伴支持护理。比较两组患者的健康促进行为水平、心理状态水平、社会支持水平及生活质量。结果 研究组健康促进行为水平、社会支持水平及生活质量水平均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的9项患者健康问卷和焦虑测试量表的分数分别为(7312±2.35)分和(6.04±2.45)分,低于对照组的(10.45±2.57)分、(8.98±2.51)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.762、5.927,P均<0.05)。结论 同伴支持干预能够改善维持性血液透析患者健康促进行为水平,减少负性情绪,提高社会支持水平及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of peer support intervention in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Meth⁃ods From February 2023 to February 2024,100 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to Jinan Jiyang Pub⁃lic Hospital,Shandong Province were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing meth⁃ods,they were divided into study group and reference group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group re⁃ceived general nursing,and the study group received peer support nursing.The health promotion behavior level,psy⁃chological state level,social support level and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The health pro⁃motion behavior level,social support level and quality of life level of the study group were higher than those of the ref⁃erence group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of Patient Health Question⁃naire-9 and Generalized Anxiety Disorder in the study group were(7312±2.35)points and(6.04±2.45)points,respec⁃tively,which were lower than(10.45±2.57)points and(8.98±2.51)points in the control group,the differences were sta⁃tistically significant(t=6.762,5.927,both P<0.05).Conclusion Peer support intervention can improve the health pro⁃motion behavior level of maintenance hemodialysis patients,reduce negative emotions,improve social support level and quality of life.
