基于循证依据的快速康复护理方案在痔疮手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于循证依据的快速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)护理方案在痔疮手术患者中的应用价值。方法 方便选取2023年1—12月南华大学附属第二医院收治的92例痔疮手术患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行基于循证依据的FTS护理方案,比较两组患者的并发症发生情况、负面情绪及护理满意度。结果 观察组肛缘水肿、尿潴留、感染、便秘等并发症的总发生率为4.35%(2/46),高于对照组的21.74%(10/46),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.133,P=0.013)。观察组焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 对痔疮手术患者采用基于循证依据的FTS护理方案,可减少肛缘水肿、感染等并发症的发生风险,减轻患者的负面情绪,提升患者对护理服务质量的满意度评价。Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based fast track surgery(FTS)nursing program in patients undergoing hemorrhoids surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients with hemorrhoid surgery admitted to the The second Hospital University of South China of South China from January to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based FTS nursing program.The incidence of complications,negative emotions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications such as anal edema,urinary re⁃tention,infection and constipation in the observation group was 4.35%(2/46),which was higher than 21.74%(10/46)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.133,P=0.013).The scores of anxiety and de⁃pression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based FTS nursing program for patients with hemorrhoids surgery can reduce the risk of complications such as anal edema and infection,reduce the negative emotions of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing service quality.
