采用穴位贴敷联合中药熏蒸治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的 分析在治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎中联合使用穴位敷贴和中药熏蒸的作用。方法 方便选取2022年10月—2023年10月菏泽市中医医院收治的88例阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组的治疗方法是穴位敷贴,观察组在穴位敷贴的基础上增加中药熏蒸疗法,每组均治疗4周。对两组患者的临床效果、功能量表评分、中医证候积分展开对比研究。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率93.18%(41/44)高于对照组的77.27%(34/44),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.423,P=0.035)。治疗前,两组患者的膝关节功能量表(Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale,Lysholm)、视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、关节炎症指数评分表(The Western Ontario and Mc Master Universities,WOMAC)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,观察组Lysholm评分高于对照组,VAS和WOMAC评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 穴位敷贴和中药熏蒸疗法联合使用可以促进减轻阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎患者的症状表现,提高其膝关节活动功能,临床效果可靠,具有临床价值。Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumi⁃gation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type.Methods A total of 88 pa⁃tients with knee osteoarthritis of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type admitted to Heze Traditional Chinese Medi⁃cine Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The treatment method of the control group was acupoint application,and the observation group was added with tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy on the basis of acupoint application.Each group was treated for 4 weeks.The clinical effect,functional scale score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 93.18%(41/44),which was higher than that in the control group 77.27%(34/44),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.423,P=0.035).Before treatment,the two groups of patients with Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale(Lysholm),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(WOMAC)scores comparison,the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05);after treatment,the Lysholm score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS and WOMAC scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observa⁃ tion group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
