摘　　要：对张帆教授治疗不孕症的学术思想及治疗经验进行总结,探讨其运用中医药理论治疗不孕症的特色经验。张帆教授认为本病核心在于下焦,关联脏腑,以肾虚、湿瘀为主要病机,治疗以补肾利湿祛瘀为法,遣方用药因地因人制宜,擅长使用岭南草药。今并辅以验案进行分析,以期抛砖引玉。To summarize Professor Zhang Fan's academic ideas and treatment experience in treating infertility,and explore her unique experience in using traditional Chinese medicine theory to treat infertility.Professor Zhang Fan believes that the core of infertility lies in Xiajiao,which relates to the internal organs,with kidney deficiency and dampness stasis as main pathogenesis,and the treatment is based on tonifying kidney,clearing dampness,and removing stasis.Her prescription and medication are tailored to the local conditions and individual needs,and is skilled in using Lingnan herbs.This paper analyzes Professor Zhang Fan's academic ideas and treatment experience in treating infertility with the assistance of case study,in order to stimulate further discussion.
