摘　　要：目的探讨放射性碘125粒子植入联合旁路手术治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月至2021年1月我院治疗的43例晚期胰腺癌患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将其分为对照组(n=22,实施单纯旁路手术)和联合组(n=21,采用放射性碘125粒子植入联合旁路手术)。比较两组的手术效果。结果术后3个月,两组的糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.24);术后3个月,联合组的疼痛评分低于术前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组患者的黄疸症状均改善,且均未出现感染、胰瘘、胆瘘、肠瘘、胃肠梗阻和放射性肠炎等并发症。联合组的生存时间显著长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放射性碘125粒子植入联合旁路手术是晚期胰腺癌患者可选择的一种治疗方式,且具有较好的安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radioactive iodine 125 particle implantation combined with bypass surgery in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods A total of 43 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(n=22,simple bypass surgery)and combined group(n=21,radioactive iodine 125 particle implantation combined with bypass surgery).The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 3 months after operation,there was no significant difference in carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)level between the two groups(P=0.24).At 3 months after operation,the pain score of the combined group was lower than that before operation and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The jaundice symptoms of the two groups were improved after operation,and no complications such as infection,pancreatic fistula,biliary fistula,intestinal fistula,gastric intestinal obstruction and radioactive enteritis occurred.The survival time of the combined group was significantly longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Radioactive iodine 125 particle implantation combined with bypass surgery is an alternative treatment for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer,and has good safety.
