消炎利胆片联合胆囊切除术治疗胆结石患者的效果及对CRP、HMGB1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析消炎利胆片联合胆囊切除术治疗胆结石患者的效果及对C反应蛋白(CRP)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)水平的影响。方法选择2022年1月至12月在本院诊治的300例胆结石患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组给予胆囊切除术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用消炎利胆片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平均降低,白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3 d、1个月后,观察组的CRP、HMGB1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的消化病生存质量指数(GLQI)各维度评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的生理功能状态、主观症状、社会活动与日常生活状态评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消炎利胆片联合胆囊切除术治疗胆结石可减轻炎症反应,缩短胃肠功能恢复时间,保护肝功能,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaoyan Lidan tablets combined with cholecystectomy on patients with gallstones and its influences on C-reactive protein(CRP)and high mobility group box 1 protein(HMGB1)levels.Methods A total of 300 patients with gallstones diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cholecystectomy,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyan Lidan tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and total bilirubin(TBIL)in the two groups decreased,while the levels of albumin(ALB)and total protein(TP)increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 d and 1 month of treatment,the levels of CRP and HMGB1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index(GLQI)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of physiological function status,subjective symptoms,social activities and daily living status and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyan Lidan tablets combined with cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones can reduce the inflammatory response,shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,protect liver function and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
