摘　　要：目的探究孕康颗粒联合黄体酮注射液在先兆性流产保胎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月在本院接受治疗的116例先兆性流产患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各58例。对照组使用黄体酮注射液治疗,观察组使用孕康颗粒联合黄体酮注射液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗显效率、总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的阴道出血、腹痛及腰骶胀痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的孕酮(P)及β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平、辅助性T细胞1/辅助性T细胞2(Th1/Th2)低于对照组,白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的D-二聚体(D-D)水平及搏动指数(PI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕康颗粒联合黄体酮注射液在先兆性流产保胎治疗中的应用效果显著。Objective To explore the application effect of Yunkang granules combined with progesterone injection on threatened abortion tocolytic therapy.Methods A total of 116 patients with threatened abortion who were treated in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone injection,and the observation group was treated with Yunkang granules combined with progesterone injection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate and total effective rate of treatment of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain and lumbosacral pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of progesterone(P)andβ-human chorionic gonadotrophin(β-HCG)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and helper T cell 1/helper T cell 2(Th1/Th2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-4(IL-4)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the D-dimer(D-D)level and pulse index(PI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yunkang granules combined with progesterone injection applied in threatened abortion tocolytic therapy has significant effect.
