摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼用于青光眼合并白内障患者的麻醉效果及对非术眼眼内压的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月收治的700例青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(舒芬太尼)和观察组(右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼),各350例。比较两组的麻醉效果。结果手术10 min(T_(1))、术毕(T_(2)),观察组的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)低于对照组(P<0.05)。T_(1)、T_(2),观察组的丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。T_(1)、T_(2),观察组的术眼、非术眼眼内压低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼有助于增强青光眼合并白内障患者的麻醉效果,维持MAP、HR稳定,有效降低术眼及非术眼眼内压,也能下调MDA水平,促进SOD水平升高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil in patients with glaucoma and cataract and its influence on intraocular pressure of non-operative eyes.Methods A total of 700 patients with glaucoma and cataract admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group(sufentanil)and observation group(dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil)by random number table method,with 350 cases in each group.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 10 min after operation(T_(1))and at the end of operation(T_(2)),the mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At T_(1) and T_(2),the level of malonic dialdehyde(MDA)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At T_(1) and T_(2),the intraocular pressure of operative eyes and non-operative eyes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil is helpful to enhance the anesthetic effect of patients with glaucoma and cataract,maintain the stability of MAP and HR,effectively reduce the intraocular pressure of operative eyes and non-operative eyes,and also reduce the level of MDA and promote the increase of SOD level,which is worthy of promotion.
