摘　　要：目的分析细节管理在人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)阳性乳腺癌患者曲妥珠单抗治疗中的应用效果及对毒副反应的影响。方法采取便利抽样的方法选取2020年9月至2022年9月本院收治的80例HER2阳性乳腺癌患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组均给予曲妥珠单抗治疗,对照组予以常规护理管理,观察组给予细节管理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的近期干预总有效率高于对照组,毒副反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的预期性悲伤评分低于对照组,乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)各维度评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节管理用于接受曲妥珠单抗治疗的HER2阳性乳腺癌患者可取得显著效果,不仅能提高近期干预效果,有效控制毒副反应,而且还能降低患者的预期性悲伤程度,促进其生存质量提高。Objective To analyze the application effect of detail management in the treatment of trastuzumab in patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)positive breast cancer and its influences on toxic and side effects.Methods A total of 80 patients with HER2 positive breast cancer admitted in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected by convenient sampling method and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with trastuzumab,the control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given detail management.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of recent intervention of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the total incidence of toxic and side effects was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the expected sadness score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the scores of each dimension and total score of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail management can achieve significant results in HER2 positive breast cancer patients treated with trastuzumab.It can not only improve the recent intervention effect and effectively control the toxic and side effects,but also reduce the expected sadness of patients and promote their quality of life improvement.
