摘　　要：目的探讨阶段式乳房按摩结合低频脉冲治疗仪对产后乳房胀痛产妇疼痛程度及母乳喂养信心的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年8月收治的90例产后乳房胀痛产妇为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施阶段式乳房按摩结合低频脉冲治疗仪。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的乳房胀痛程度、乳房坚硬程度均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的开始泌乳时间短于对照组,产后48、72 h泌乳量多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时,观察组的母乳喂养技能、内心活动评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的纯母乳喂养率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段式乳房按摩结合低频脉冲治疗仪可减轻产后乳房胀痛产妇疼痛程度与乳房肿胀程度,加快乳汁分泌,提高乳汁排出量,也能增强母乳喂养信心,提高母乳喂养率,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of segmental breast massage combined with low-frequency pulse therapy instrument on pain degree and breastfeeding confidence in puerpera with postpartum breast distension and pain.Methods A total of 90 puerpera with postpartum breast distension and pain admitted from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented segmental breast massage combined with low-frequency pulse therapy instrument on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The degree of breast distension and pain and breast hardness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The starting lactation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the lactation volume at 48 and 72 h after delivery were more than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the breastfeeding skills and inner activity scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Segmental breast massage combined with low-frequency pulse therapy instrument can reduce the degree of pain and breast swelling in puerpera with postpartum breast distension and pain,accelerate milk secretion,increase milk output,enhance breastfeeding confidence,and increase breastfeeding rate,which is worthy of promotion.
