基于全科基础的专科化护理管理模式在综合手术室中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究基于全科基础的专科化护理管理模式在综合手术室中的应用效果。方法2021年1月至12月手术室实施专科化分组方法(设为对照组,每季度抽查患者20例、医生20名,合计患者80例、医生80名、护士20名),2022年1月至12月手术室实施基于全科基础的专科化护理管理模式(设为试验组,受试者选取同对照组)。比较两组的应用效果。结果试验组医生、护士、患者的满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第一、二、三、四季度,试验组的患者安全、不良事件、患者满意度、护理管理评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的手术配合效果总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于全科基础的专科化护理管理模式在综合手术室中能够有效提高护士配合度及护理质量,提升医生、患者的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of specialized nursing management mode based on general practice in comprehensive operating room.Methods From January to December 2021,the operating room implemented a specialized grouping method(set as control group,20 patients and 20 doctors were selected every quarter,a total of 80 patients,80 doctors and 20 nurses),from January to December 2022,the operating room implemented a specialized nursing management mode based on general practice(set as experimental group,and the subjects were selected as the same as the control group).The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the first,second,third and fourth quarters,the scores of patient safety,adverse events,patient satisfaction and nursing management in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of surgical cooperation effect in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The specialized nursing management mode based on general practice can effectively improve the cooperation degree of nurses and the quality of nursing in the comprehensive operating room,and improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients.
