摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环模式在门诊处方前置审核系统中的应用价值。方法收集2023年1月至6月我院的门诊处方前置审核系统数据作为实施前组,于2023年7月至12月采取PDCA循环模式持续改进数据作为实施后组。比较两组的不合理处方发生情况、医护人员及患者满意度;比较实施后组不同时间的审核处方结果。结果实施后组的给药剂量不合理、给药途径不合理、重复用药、适应证不适宜、超疗程用药、用药频次不合理发生率均低于实施前组(P<0.05)。2023年7月至12月,实施后组的预判通过率、修改率及处方合格率均呈上升趋势。实施后组医护人员及患者的满意度分别为95.65%、97.00%,均显著高于实施前组的73.91%、88.00%(P<0.05)。结论借助PDCA循环模式对处方前置审核系统进行持续改进,能够减少不合理处方的出现,提高处方审核合格率,切实保障患者用药治疗的有效性与安全性,有利于提高医护人员及患者的满意度,在临床上可进一步推广运用。Objective To analyze the application value of PDCA circulation model in outpatient prescription pre-audit system.Methods The data of outpatient prescription pre-audit system in our hospital from January to June 2023 were collected as pre-implementation group,and the data obtained through continuous improvement of PDCA circulation model from July to December 2023 were taken as post-implementation group.The occurrence of unreasonable prescriptions,the satisfaction of medical staff and patients were compared between the two groups;the results of prescription review at different times in the post-implementation group were compared.Results The incidences of unreasonable dosage,unreasonable route of administration,repeated medication,inappropriate indications,over-treatment medication and unreasonable frequency of medication in the post-implementation group were lower than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).From July to December 2023,the passing rate,modification rate and prescription qualification rate of the post-implementation group showed an upward trend.The satisfaction of medical staff and patients in the post-implementation group were 95.65%and 97.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 73.91%and 88.00%in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous improvement of the prescription pre-audit system with the help of the PDCA circulation model can reduce the occurrence of unreasonable prescriptions,improve the qualified rate of prescription audit,effectively ensure the effectiveness and safety of patient medication,and help to improve the satisfaction of medical staff and patients.It can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
