摘　　要：习近平总书记强调,发展新质生产力是推动高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点。北京知识产权法院建院近十年来,始终坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,深入学习贯彻习近平法治思想,认真贯彻落实中央关于知识产权保护与专门法院建设的相关部署要求,坚持专业立院,不断推进审判机制改革,持续提升知识产权审判能力,重视人才队伍建设,深化对外交流,在知识产权法院现代化建设中不断实践与探索。在发展新质生产力的时代背景下,知识产权审判应当进一步转变理念,深化体制机制改革,更加注重保护规则的国际化,加强专业人才培养,以更加优质的知识产权司法保护为发展新质生产力助力赋能,为服务保障中国式现代化作出新的更大贡献。President Xi Jinping has emphasized that developing new quality productivity forces is an intrinsic requirement and a crucial focus for promoting high-quality development.Over nearly a decade since its establishment,the Beijing Intellectual Property Court has consistently adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The court deeply studied and implemented Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,conscientiously carried out the central government's requirements regarding the protection of intellectual property(IP)and the construction of specialized courts.It has insisted on professionalism as the foundation,continuously advanced judicial mechanism reforms,persistently enhanced IP trial capabilities,talents cultivation,external exchanges,and boldly explored the modernization of IP courts.In the context of developing new quality productivity forces,IP adjudication should further transform its concepts,deepen institutional reforms,place greater emphasis on the internationalization of protection rules.It should also strengthen the training of specialized talents and provide higher-quality judicial protection for IP to empower the development of new quality productivity forces,and making a greater contribution to serving and safeguarding China's modernization.
