新型AI温控射频治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究新型AI温控射频治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPPS)的应用性。方法70例MPPS患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组实施手法治疗,观察组实施新型AI温控射频治疗。对比两组疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、表面肌电(sEMG)、治疗效果、生活质量与复发率。结果治疗后,相比于对照组的(4.31±1.66)分,观察组NRS评分(3.14±1.00)分明显更低,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组前静息阶段、后静息阶段的sEMG低于对照组,快速收缩阶段、紧张收缩阶段、耐力收缩阶段的sEMG高于对照组,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率94.3%明显比对照组的71.4%更高,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量评分(121.21±17.33)分明显比对照组的(76.34±11.54)分更高,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组复发率5.7%明显比对照组的25.7%更低,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对于MPPS患者而言,新型AI温控射频治疗效果显著,利于改善盆底肌筋膜疼痛情况,缓解过度的肌肉活动状态,提升患者生活质量,降低复发率,值得推广应用。Objective To study the application of a new AI temperature-controlled radiofrequency for the treatment of myofascial pelvic pain syndrome(MPPS).Methods 70 MPPS patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manipulation,and the observation group was treated with new AI temperature-controlled radiofrequency.The numerical rating scale(NRS)score,surface electromyography(sEMG),treatment effect,quality of life and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,NRS score of(3.14±1.00)points in the observation group was significantly lower than(4.31±1.66)points in the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,sEMG of the observation group was lower than that of the control group in the pre-resting phase and post-resting phase,and sEMG in the rapid contraction phase,tense contraction phase,and endurance contraction phase were higher than those of the control group.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 94.3%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 71.4%in the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life of(121.21±17.33)points in the observation group were significantly higher than(76.34±11.54)points in the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of 5.7%in the observation group was significantly lower than 25.7%in the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For MPPS patients,the new AI temperature-controlled radiofrequency has significant effects,which is conducive to improving myofascial pelvic pain,alleviating excessive muscle activity,improving patients'quality of life,and reducing the recurrence rate,which is worthy of promotion and application.
