理气通腑方贴敷配合电针促进腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探究理气通腑方贴敷神阙穴与电针足三里穴联合应用对腹部手术后患者胃肠功能恢复的具体作用,并观察其对胃肠道相关并发症及护理满意度的影响。方法选取福州市中医院2022年10月至2023年10月期间收治的60例腹部手术患者,随机均分为两组:观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。两组术后均予以莫沙必利治疗,对照组接受常规护理,观察组则增加理气通腑方贴敷神阙穴以及电针足三里穴干预。对比两组患者的中医证候积分、胃肠功能恢复指标、胃肠道相关并发症,并通过自制调查问卷评估护理满意度。结果观察组护理后的中医证候积分较对照组降低(P<0.05);相较于对照组观察组术后首次排气、肠鸣音恢复、首次排便时间均缩短(均P<0.05);在胃肠道相关并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总体满意度较对照组提升(P<0.05)。结论针对腹部术后患者,予以理气通腑方贴敷神阙穴配合电针足三里穴干预,不仅能有效改善患者临床症状并加速其胃肠功能的恢复,还能降低胃肠道相关并发症的发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the specific effect of Liqi Tongfu acupoint application combined with electroacupuncture Shenque acupoint and Zusanli acupoint on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after abdominal surgery,and to observe the effect on gastrointestinal related complications and nursing satisfaction.Methods Sixty patients with abdominal surgery admitted Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The two groups were treated after surgery,the control group received routine care,and the observation group added the intervention of shenque acupoint and electric needle Zusanli acupoint.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,gastrointestinal function recovery indicators,and gastrointestinal related complications were compared,and nursing satisfaction through a self-made survey questionnaire were evaluatd between the two groups.Results The TCM syndrome score of observation group after nursing was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the first postoperative exhaust,bowel sound recovery and first defecation time in the observation group were shortened(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal complications was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients after abdominal surgery,applying Liqi Tongfu formula to Shenque point and electroacupuncture to Zusanli point can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,but also reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal complications and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
