聚乙二醇电解质散溶液口服时机的优化护理研究

摘　　要：目的研究肠镜检查的肠道准备护理中聚乙二醇电解质散溶液口服时机优化护理效果。方法摘选94例,2022年6月至2023年6月于厦门市儿童医院消化科行肠镜检查的患儿,以随机数字表法分组,两组均给予乙二醇电解质散溶液口服护理,区别在于A组(n=47)患儿于检查前6 h口服,B组(n=47)于检查前12 h口服,对比两组患儿肠道准备优良率、不良反应发生率、依从性、组间检查时间、进镜时间以及视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分。结果护理后,B组和A组肠道准备清洁度优良率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组不良反应发生率、进镜时间以及检查时间、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分低于A组,(P<0.05);B组检查依从性高于A组(P<0.05)。结论小儿肠镜检查的肠道准备护理中,于检查前12 h给予复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液口服护理,能够有效降低不良反应发生风险,缩短进镜时间及检查时间,减轻患儿疼痛感受,并提高患儿依从性。Objective To study the optimal nursing effect of oral administration of polyethylene glycol electrolyte loose solution in intestinal preparation care for colonoscopy.Methods A total of 94 children undergoing colonoscopy in the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly selected and divided into groups.Both groups were given oral care of ethylene glycol electrolyte powder solution,with the difference being that group A(n=47)was orally administered 6 hours before the examination,while group B(n=47)was orally administered 12 hours before the examination.The rates of excellent intestinal preparation,incidence of adverse reactions,compliance,inter group examination time,endoscope entry time,and visual analogue pain scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups of children.Results After nursing,there was no significant difference between group B and group A in intestinal preparation cleanliness(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions,admission time,examination time and visual analogue pain scale(VAS)score in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The compliance of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusions In the intestinal preparation nursing for children's colonoscopy,the oral nursing effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution 12 hours before the examination can effectively reduce the risk of adverse reactions,shorten the time for endoscopy and examination,alleviate the pain sensation of children,and improve their compliance,with ideal results.
