摘　　要：目的健康行为过程理论(HAPA)指导的心理及健康教育干预对慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者自我管理能力的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取2022年1月至2023年12月厦门弘爱医院收治的CKD患者120例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,常规组60例,干预组60例。常规组给予常规心理和健康教育干预,干预组给予HAPA理论指导的心理及健康教育干预,均持续干预1个月。比较两组医嘱依从性、自我管理能力、自我效能感及生活质量。结果干预后,干预组患者医嘱依从性评分、自我管理能力评分、自我效能感评分及肾病相关生活质量量表(KDQOL-36)各项评分均较常规组更高(P<0.05)。结论HAPA指导的心理及健康教育干预可提高CKD患者医嘱依从性及自我管理能力,改善生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of health action process approach(HAPA)-guided psychological and health education on selfmanagement ability of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods Using the convenience sampling method,120 patients with CKD who were admitted to Xiamen Hongai Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine psychological and health education,while the intervention group was given HAPA-guided psychological and health education.Both groups were given one month of intervention.The two groups were compared in terms of compliance with medical orders,self-management ability,self-efficacy,and quality of life.Results After the intervention,patients in the intervention group had higher scores of adherence to medical advice,self-management ability,self-efficacy and kidney disease-related quality of life scale(KDQOL-36)scores than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions HAPA-guided psychological and health education intervention can improve compliance with medical orders and self-management ability of patients with CKD,and improve the quality of life.
