门诊护理干预在老年慢性病患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨门诊护理干预在老年慢性病患者中的应用效果。方法100例在福建省宁德人民医院治疗的老年慢性病患者作为此课题研究对象,研究时间在2022年1月至2022年12月之间,依据护理方式不同分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(门诊护理),各50例。评估两组干预效果,比较两组干预前后负性情绪,老年慢性病相关知识掌握程度,护理干预质量。结果干预后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于干预前且观察组更低(均P>0.05);两组相较知识掌握情况(疾病危害性、营养、用药事项、健康生活行为各评分)、护理质量评分(健康宣教、生活指导、心理疏导、随访干预)观察组均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论将门诊护理干预应用于老年慢性病患者护理中的效果显著,能够有效缓解患者负性情绪,提高老年慢性病患者对慢性病相关知识掌握程度,可使护理质量明显提高。Objective To investigate the effect of outpatient nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with chronic diseases admitted to Ningde People's Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into control group(real-time routine nursing intervention,n=50)and observation group(outpatient nursing intervention,n=50)by random number table method.After the intervention,the intervention effect of the two groups was evaluated,and the negative emotion,knowledge mastery of chronic diseases in the elderly,and the quality of nursing intervention were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups were lower than before intervention,and lower in observation group(all P>0.05).Relative knowledge(disease hazard,nutrition,medication matters,healthy life behavior scores),quality scores(health education,life guidance,psychological counseling,follow-up intervention)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P>0.05).Conclusions The application of outpatient nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic diseases has a remarkable effect,which can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the knowledge of elderly patients with chronic diseases,and significantly improve the quality of nursing.
