摘　　要：此次研究重点分析1例全髋关节翻修术治疗股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)固定失败伴骶丛神经损伤患者的效果,明确其治疗中存在的优缺点及相关因素。研究发现对于需要进行全髋关节翻修术的患者,采用适合患者的手术方法及合理的术后康复计划等,对患者术后康复及日常生活起着至关重要的作用。随着行全髋关节翻修术的患者逐渐增多,PFNA固定失败翻修的原因可以帮助临床医师发现手术技术、假体选择、术后护理方案的潜在问题,从而尽量避免不良事件的发生,延长假体的使用时间。This study focused on analyzing the effect of total hip revision on a patient with failure of poximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)fixation with sacral plexus nerve injury,and to identify the advantages and disadvantages and related factors in the treatment.It is found that suitable surgical method and reasonable postoperative rehabilitation plan play an important role in postoperative rehabilitation and daily life of patients who need revision of total hip joint.With the increasing number of patients undergoing total hip revision,identifying the reasons for the failed revision of PFNA fixation can help clinicians identify potential problems in surgical technique,prosthesis selection,and postoperative care plan,so as to avoid adverse events as much as possible and prolong the use time of prosthesis.
