双清消斑饮治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病伴糖耐量异常的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨痰瘀互结型冠心病伴糖耐量异常患者采用双清消斑饮治疗对临床疗效、糖代谢(FPG、2hPG、HbA1c)、炎症因子(hs-CRP)的影响。方法将福州市中医院2020年7月至2023年6月接诊的132例痰瘀互结型冠心病伴糖耐量异常患者随机分为对照组(44例,健康教育)、阿卡波糖组(44例,加用阿卡波糖片)及中药治疗组(44例,加用双清消斑饮)。三组患者均同时给予冠心病二级预防药物干预,均连续干预12周,干预前后对糖代谢指标及炎症因子进行检测并对比,统计中医证候积分变化情况。结果中药组中医证候疗效80.5%较阿卡波糖组68.3%和对照组52.5%更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组中医证候评分、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、hs-CRP均低于对照组,其中中医证候评分、hs-CRP均低于阿卡波糖组(P<0.05)。结论痰瘀互结型冠心病伴糖耐量异常采用双清消斑饮治疗能够降低FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、hs-CRP,提高中医证候疗效。Objective To investigate the effects of Shuangqing Xiaoban Yin on clinical efficacy,glucose metabolism(FPG,2 hours PG,HbA1c)and inflammatory factors(hs-CRP)in patients with phlegm-stasis interjunction coronary heart disease with abnormal glucose tolerance.Methods A total of 132 patients with phlegm-stasis interjunction coronary heart disease with abnormal glucose tolerance admitted to Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(44 cases,health education),the acarbose group(44 cases,plus acarbose tablets)and the Chinese medicine treatment group(44 cases,plus Shuangqing Xiaoban Decoction).All the patients were simultaneously given secondary preventive drug intervention for coronary heart disease,who had been treaded for 12 consecutive weeks.The Glucose metabolism indexes and inflammatory factors were detected and compared before and after intervention,and the changes of TCM syndrome scores were counted.Results The curative effect of TCM syndrome in TCM group was 80.5%higher than that in acarbose group 68.3%and control group 52.5%(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,FPG,2 hours PG,HbA1c and hs-CRP in TCM group were lower than those in control group,and TCM syndrome score and hs-CRP were lower than those in acarbose group(P<0.05).Conclusions patients with coronary heart disease accompanied by abnormal glucose tolerance Treated with Shuangqing Xiaoban Decoction can reduce FPG,2 hours PG,HbA1c and hs-CRP and improve the curative effect of TCM syndrome.
