摘　　要：氦气是一种重要的战略资源。我国属于贫氦国,进口依赖度95%,自产天然气中绝大部分为氦含量在0.1%以下的天然气,虽达不到富氦标准,但当进行天然气液化时,其中的微量氦会在液化过程中浓缩于BOG尾气中,成为我国潜在的氦气资源。简析了LNG装置BOG尾气提氦的技术特点,测算了我国LNG装置BOG尾气中氦气资源的潜在体量,建立了BOG尾气提氦项目的经济性计算方法,并进行了经济效益的影响因素定量分析,最后给出我国LNG装置BOG尾气提氦的发展建议。Helium is an important strategic resource.China belongs to a helium poor country with a 95%import dependence.The vast majority of natural gas produced domestically has a helium content below 0.1%.Although it does not meet the helium rich standard,when natural gas is liquefied,trace amounts of helium will be concentrated in the BOG tail gas during the liquefaction process,becoming a potential helium resource in China.This article briefly analyzed the technical characteristics of helium extraction from BOG tail gas of LNG plants,calculated the potential amount of helium resources in BOG tail gas of LNG plants in China,established an economic calculation method for BOG tail gas helium extraction projects,and quantitatively analyzed the influencing factors of economic benefits.Finally,suggestions for the development of helium extraction from BOG tail gas of LNG plants in China are provided.
