摘 要:对甲醇催化裂解制一氧化碳铜基催化剂的制备方法进行了研究,采用共沉淀法制备了一系列改性Cu-Zn-Al催化剂,用Ni改性催化剂中的活性组分Cu,并对催化剂的催化性能进行了考察。实验结果表明,在铜锌铝镍质量比为45∶45∶5∶5、pH值为7.5条件下制得的催化剂在反应温度为300℃时活性最佳。此时CO转化率为90.5%,选择性为96.39%。The preparation method of copper-based catalysts for catalytic cracking of methanol to carbon monoxide was studied.A series of modified Cu-Zn-Al catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method,and the active component Cu in the catalysts was modified by Ni,and the catalytic performance of the catalysts was investigated.The experimental results show that the catalyst prepared under the conditions of Cu-Zn-Al-Ni mass ratio of 45∶45∶5∶5 and pH 7.5 has the best activity at 300℃.At this time,the conversion of CO is 90.5%and the selectivity is 96.39%.
