摘　　要：采用气相色谱仪热导检测器,完成了环氧乙烷-二氧化碳混合灭菌气体含量的测定。通过采样系统将液体环氧乙烷-二氧化碳混合气均匀地转化成气态,切换六通阀进样环氧乙烷-二氧化碳组分进入检测器。结果表明该取样方法及色谱分析方法具有重复性好,分析时间短,准确性高等特点。The thermal conductivity detector of gas chromatograph was used to determine the content of ethylene oxide and carbon dioxide mixed sterilization gas.The liquid ethylene oxide-carbon dioxide mixture was uniformly converted into gas through the sampling system,and the hexaway valve was switched to feed the ethylene oxide-carbon dioxide component into the detector.The results show that the sampling method and chromatographic analysis method have the characteristics of good repeatability,short analysis time and high accuracy.
