摘 要:针对零散气橇装LNG装置BOG中氦资源回收工艺,在调研国内外常温法提氦工艺技术的基础上,创新性提出了膜分离+变压吸附进行氦气回收的工艺路线。采用模拟计算的方法,对4种工艺的特点和适应性进行了对比分析;建立试验装置,对不同的膜组件进行了不同原料气氦含量、不同进膜压力、不同进膜流量下的试验研究。与传统深冷法提氦工艺相比,常温法提氦的工艺流程缩短、单位产品能耗降低、投资成本明显减少,能较好地适应零散气BOG中氦资源回收的场景。Aiming at the helium resource recovery process in BOG of fragmented gas skid-mounted LNG unit,based on the investigation of helium extraction technology at home and abroad at room temperature,an innovative process route of membrane separation+pressure swing adsorption for helium recovery was proposed.The characteristics and adaptability of the four processes were compared and analyzed by the method of simulation calculation.A test device was established to study different membrane components under different helium content,different inlet pressure and different inlet flow.Compared with the traditional cryogenic helium extraction process,the process flow of helium extraction by normal temperature method is shortened,the energy consumption per unit product is reduced,the investment cost is significantly reduced,and it can better adapt to the helium resource recovery scenario in the scattered gas BOG.
