摘  要:针对膨胀土填料在干湿环境交替作用下易发生体积明显胀缩和强度急剧衰退,进而导致高填方机场道面、边坡等产生病害的问题,以我国西南某机场为例,对中~强膨胀潜势的填料如何填筑于道面影响区和填方边坡稳定影响区展开了论述,并提出应根据膨胀土改良试验结果,在水泥掺量为10%时,改良土的胀缩总率须满足规范不超过0.7%的要求。但是,改良土的含水量与最佳含水率存在差距,需采取翻晒、搅拌等措施降低含水率后方可填筑碾压;填筑时,将膨胀土填筑于内部,采取“2布1膜”等保湿防渗措施,能够保持膨胀土含水量的稳定,减小膨胀土的变形,以满足道面影响区和填方边坡稳定影响区对填料的要求。上述措施能保证膨胀土填料含水量不受大气影响和发生波动,使其满足机场场道工程的要求;可充分利用场内膨胀土填料,有利于环境保护和节省工程投资。In order to solve the obvious expansion and contraction of expansive soil filler and the sharp decline of strength under the alternating action of dry and wet environment,and the disease of the pavement and slope of the high filled airport,an airport in southwest China is taken as an example,and how the pavement impact zone and the stability impact zone of the fill slope are filled with the medium ~strong expansion potential filler is discussed.According to the expansive soil improvement test,when the cement content is 10%,the total expansion and contraction rate of the improved soil meets the requirements of no more than 0.7%.But,there is a gap between the water content of the improved soil and the optimal moisture content,and measures such as turning and stirring are needed to reduce the water content before filling and rolling;During filling,the expansive soil is filled inside,and moisturizing and anti-seepage measures of “two cloths and one membrane” can keep the water content of expansive soil stable,reduce the deformation of expansive soil to meet the filling requirements.The above-mentioned measures can ensure that the water content of expansive soil filler is not affected by the atmosphere and fluctuates,so that it can meet the requirements of airport road engineering;That full use of expansive soil filler in the field,which is conducive to environmental protection and saving engineering investment.
