摘 要:针对产品设计过程中工程变更传播路径决策精准度低、返工频繁等问题,提出一种分析和获取最优变更传播路径的方法.首先利用矩阵形式表达产品零部件功能、参数间的关系;然后采用模糊层次分析法分析满足需求更改的参数,获取最优的初始变更参数;最后从单步变更传播层面进行变更传播路径分析,提出一种变更传播路径的决策机制.通过开发的变更传播影响预测原型系统结合案例进行方法的可行性验证,验证结果表明了该方法的有效性,可为产品设计过程中工程变更的有效、精准实施提供参考.To address the issues of low accuracy and frequent rework in the decision-making process of engineering change propagation paths and frequent rework issues during the product design process,a method for analyzing and obtaining the optimal change propagation path is proposed.Firstly,the relationship between the functions and parameters of product components are expressed in matrix form.Then,fuzzy hierarchical analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the parameters that meet the changed requirements,obtaining the optimal initial change parameters.Finally,from the perspective of single step change propagation,analysis of change propagation paths is conducted,and a decision-making mechanism for changing propagation paths is proposed.The feasibility of this method is verified through the development of a prototype system of change propagation impact prediction,combined with case studies.The verification results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method,providing a reference for the effective and precise implementation of engineering changes in the product design process.
