摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)联合金属夹治疗结直肠息肉的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2021年6月至2023年2月,本院230例EMR术联合金属夹治疗的结直肠息肉患者临床资料,观察比较临床疗效及术后并发症情况。结果:230例患者均全部治愈,有效率为100%,术后无创面受损和金属夹早期脱落造成的迟发性出血,无感染,无息肉电凝切除术后综合征及肠穿孔等并发症。结论:采用EMR术联合金属夹治疗结直肠息肉,治疗效果确切,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)combined with metal clips in the treatment of colorectal polyps.Methods The clinical data of 230 patients with colorectal polyps treated by EMR combined with metal clips from June 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical effect and complications were observed and compared.Results All the 230 patients were cured,and the effective rate was 100%.There was no delayed bleeding caused by wound damage and early shedding of metal clips,no infection,no complications such as postoperative syndrome of electrocoagulation polypectomy and intestinal perforation.Conclusion The treatment of colorectal polyps by EMR combined with metal clip is effective and safe,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
