摘　　要：目的:研究肛周肌肉保留术治疗肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年7月至2022年7月,本院收治的40例肛瘘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。观察组采用保留肛管周围肌肉手术治疗,对照组采用传统瘘管切除术治疗。比较2组临床疗效、手术时间、住院时间和术后并发症等。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛周肌肉保留术治疗肛瘘,临床疗效确切,不仅能明显减轻患者痛苦,还能缩短手术与住院时间,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of perianal muscle preservation operation in the treatment of anal fistula.Methods Total 40 patients with anal fistula admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with perianal muscle preservation operation,while the control group received traditional fistulectomy.The clinical efficacy,operation time,the length of hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,and the operation time and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Perianal muscle preservation operation is effective in the treatment of anal fistula.It can not only significantly reduce the pain of patients,but also shorten the duration of operation and hospital stay,which has a high clinical promotion value.
