中药熏洗联合乳酸依沙吖啶换药防治低位肛瘘术后切口感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究中药熏洗联合乳酸依沙吖啶换药防治低位肛瘘术后切口感染的疗效。方法:选取2022年10月至2023年12月,本院收治的100例低位肛瘘手术患者。随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。治疗组术后采用中药肛门熏洗及乳酸依沙吖啶换药治疗,围手术期不使用抗菌药物,对照组术后常规换药,围手术期使用第二代头孢菌素治疗3 d。观察比较2组术后炎症感染相关指标。结果:2组在术后体温、白细胞计数、C反应蛋白及切口评分方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肛门局部使用中药熏洗联合乳酸依沙吖啶换药治疗可有效预防低位肛瘘术后切口感染,减少抗菌药物的使用。Objective To study the efficacy of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with ethacridine lactate dressing change in the prevention and treatment of postoperative incision infection in low anal fistula.Methods From October 2022 to December 2023,total 100 patients with low anal fistula surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with ethacridine lactate dressing change after operation,and no antibiotics were used in perioperative period,while the control group was given routine dressing change after operation and second-generation cephalosporin for 3 days during perioperative period.The indexes of postoperative inflammation and infection were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in postoperative temperature,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein and incision score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Local treatment of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with ethacridine lactate dressing change can effectively prevent postoperative incision infection of low anal fistula and reduce the use of antibiotics.
