病灶切除原位邮票植皮联合成纤维细胞生长因子外敷治疗骶尾部藏毛窦疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察病灶切除原位邮票植皮联合酸性成纤维生长因子外敷治疗骶尾部藏毛窦的临床效果。方法:选取2021年9月至2023年3月,本院肛肠科收治的36例骶尾部藏毛窦患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各18例。2组均采用病灶切除原位邮票植皮术治疗,观察组术后第4天开始采用酸性成纤维生长因子换药,对照组采取常规外科换药。观察比较2组肉芽生长情况、术后并发症及愈合时间等指标。结果:观察组愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),肉芽生长评分高于对照组(P<0.05),2组在术后并发症方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:病灶切除原位邮票植皮联合酸性成纤维细胞生长因子外敷治疗骶尾部藏毛窦可促进创面肉芽组织生长,缩短创面愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of lesion resection and stamp skin grafting in situ combined with external application of fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of sacrococcygeal pilous sinus.Methods Total 36 patients with sacrococcygeal pilaris sinus admitted to department of coloproctology in our hospital from September 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 18 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with lesion resection and stamp skin grafting in situ.The observation group was given acid fibroblast growth factor on the 4th day after operation,while the control group received routine surgical dressing.The granulation growth,postoperative complications and healing time of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the score of granulation growth was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lesion resection and stamp skin grafting in situ combined with external application of acid fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of sacrococcygeal pilous sinus can promote the growth of wound granulation tissue and shorten the wound healing time,which is worthy of clinical application.
