生物反馈联合穴位按摩治疗慢性便秘40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨生物反馈联合穴位按摩治疗慢性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年10月至2023年12月,本院收治的80例慢性便秘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用生物反馈治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合穴位按摩治疗。观察比较2组主要症状积分、盆底肌肉功能积分、疗效及复发情况。结果:2组治疗前后组内盆底肌肉功能积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2组盆底肌肉功能积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组主要症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用生物反馈联合穴位按摩治疗慢性便秘临床疗效确切,简便易行,能调理肠胃功能,行滞通便,减少便秘复发。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of biofeedback combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of chronic constipation.Methods Total 80 patients with chronic constipation admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with biofeedback,and the observation group was given acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The main symptom score,pelvic floor muscle function score,efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were observed and compared.Results There was significant difference in the pelvic floor muscle function score between the two groups before and after treatment within the group(P<0.05),but no significant difference after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the main symptom score and the recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback combined with acupoint massage has definite clinical effect in the treatment of chronic constipation,which is simple,easy and can regulate gastrointestinal function,relieve constipation and reduce recurrence.
