摘　　要：目的:探究经会阴直肠乙状结肠部分切除术(Altemeier术)治疗直肠脱垂的效果。方法:选取2015年3月至2023年3月,本院治疗的40例直肠脱垂患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。观察组采用Altemeier术治疗,对照组采取常规手术治疗。比较2组疗效、肛管功能及患者满意度等情况。结果:观察组排便恢复正常时间与脱出肠管消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),直肠感知阈值低于对照组(P<0.05),肛管静息压和肛管高压带长度均高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:直肠脱垂患者采用Altemeier术治疗,临床效果显著,恢复时间快,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of transperineal partial proctosigmoidectomy(Altemeier)in the treatment of rectal prolapse.Methods Total 40 cases of rectal prolapse treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Altemeier operation,while the control group was given conventional operation.The efficacy,anal canal function and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time to normal bowel movement and the retraction time for rectal prolapse in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rectal perception threshold was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both the resting pressure and high pressure band length of anal canal in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Altemeier operation for rectal prolapse has remarkable clinical effect,fast recovery time and few complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
