中药熏洗坐浴联合微波理疗用于肛肠病术后的护理效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药熏洗坐浴联合微波理疗用于肛肠病术后的护理效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年12月,本院收治的120例肛肠病手术患者,随机分为观察1组、观察2组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者采用常规护理与高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴,观察1组在对照组护理基础上联合中药熏洗坐浴,观察2组在观察1组基础上联合微波理疗干预。比较3组术后疼痛水平、重建排便时间、创面愈合时间及水肿消失时间等情况。结果:术后1 d,3组患者疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3 d、7 d和14 d各组患者疼痛评分均逐渐降低,且观察2组低于观察1组和对照组(P<0.05);观察2组患者重建排便时间、创面愈合时间和水肿消失时间均明显短于观察1组与对照组(P<0.05);观察1组与观察2组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察2组生活质量评分明显高于观察1组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肛肠病术后患者采取中药熏洗坐浴联合微波理疗可显著降低术后疼痛水平,缩短重建排便、创面愈合和水肿持续时间,并可降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing effect of Chinese herbal fumigation,washing and sitz bath combined with microwave physiotherapy for postoperative anorectal diseases.Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,total 120 patients with anorectal surgery admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group 1,observation group 2 and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing and potassium permanganate solution fumigation,washing and sitz bath.The observation group 1 was combined with Chinese herbal fumigation,washing and sitz bath on the basis of the control group,and the observation group 2 was combined with microwave physiotherapy intervention on the basis of the observation group 1.The postoperative pain level,the time for bowel movement,wound healing and edema disappearance were compared betwen the 3 groups.Results One day after surgery,there was no significant difference in the pain scores between 3 groups(P>0.05),and the pain scores of 3,7 and 14 days after surgery were gradually decreased,which were lower in the observation group 2 than in the observation group 1 and control group(P<0.05).The time for bowel movement,wound healing and edema disappearance in the observation group 2 were significantly shorter than those in the observation group 1 and control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group 1 and observation group 2 was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group 2 was significantly higher than that of the observation group 1 and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation,washing and sitz bath combined with microwave physiotherapy can significantly reduce the level of postoperative pain,shorten the time for bowel movement,wound healing and edema duration,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life of patients with postoperative anorectal diseases.
