摘　　要：目的:探讨黄连膏换药促进肛肠疾病术后创面愈合的疗效。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年6月,本院收治的100例肛肠疾病术后患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组术后采用中药坐浴及凡士林纱条换药,治疗组采用中药坐浴及黄连膏纱条换药。连续治疗7 d后观察比较2组创面疼痛、水肿及愈合时间等情况。结果:治疗组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛及水肿积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肛肠疾病术后创面采用黄连膏纱条换药可提高临床疗效,减少并发症,加速创面愈合。Objective To investigate the efficacy of dressing change of Huanglian Plaster in promoting postoperative wound healing of anorectal diseases.Methods A total of 100 postoperative patients with anorectal diseases admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Chinese herbal sitz bath and Vaseline gauze dressing change after operation,and the treatment group received Chinese herbal sitz bath and Huanglian Plaster gauze dressing change.After 7 days of continuous treatment,the wound pain,edema and healing time of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the wound healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pain and edema were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Plaster gauze dressing change applied on postoperative wound of anorectal diseases can improve clinical efficacy,reduce complications and accelerate wound healing.
