医院-社区-家庭过渡期护理干预在痔手术中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察分析痔手术患者开展医院-社区-家庭过渡期护理干预的效果。方法:选取2020年2月至2023年2月,本院66例痔手术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各33例,对照组患者运用常规护理方法干预,观察组在常规护理干预的基础上联合医院-社区-家庭过渡期护理干预。观察比较2组心理状态、疼痛程度、自我护理能力和生活质量等情况。结果:干预前,2组在心理状态、疼痛程度、自我护理能力和生活质量方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组心理状态及疼痛程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),自我护理能力和生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痔手术患者采用医院-社区-家庭过渡期护理干预,有助于稳定患者心理情绪,改善患者疼痛程度,提高患者自我护理能力与生活质量,可进一步推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of transitional nursing intervention of hospital-community-family on patients with hemorrhoidal operation.Methods From February 2020 to February 2023,total 66 patients with hemorrhoidal operation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by routine nursing methods,and the observation group was combined with transitional nursing intervention of hospital-community-family on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The psychological state,pain degree,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the psychological state,pain degree,self-care ability and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the psychological state and pain degree scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the self-care ability and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The transitional nursing intervention of hospital-community-family for patients with hemorrhoidal operation can help stabilize patients'psychological emotions,relieve pain degree,improve their self-care ability and quality of life,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
