摘　　要：文章详细阐述了华绒■纤维的特性,并采用华绒■A系列细旦抗起球纤维/羊毛混纺纱、涤纶/粘胶纤维混纺纱与氨纶进行交织,开发了一款运动针织面料。在原料选择方面,文章着重分析了细旦抗起球华绒■纤维与羊毛混纺纱的性能优势;织造方面,采用佰源双面圆纬机,设计了双面空气层结构;染整方面,探究了华绒■纤维与常规腈纶在不同染色温度下的上色速率。经测试,该华绒■羊毛系列保暖运动针织面料展现出优异的吸湿发热功能和保温性能,均符合标准且效果持久,适用于开发秋冬运动针织服。The article elaborates on the characteristics of Walon fiber,and develops a sport-knitted fabric by interweaving fine denier anti-pilling Walon A series fiber/wool blended yarn,polyester/viscose blended yarn with spandex.In terms of raw material selection,the article focuses on analyzing the performance advantages of fine denier anti-pilling Walon fiber/wool blended yarns.The ponte-roma structure was designed by a double cylinder circular knitting machine.As for the dyeing and finishing,the coloring rate of the Walon fibers and the conventional acrylic fibers is investigated under different dyeing temperatures.After testing,the Walon wool series of warm sports knitted fabrics showed excellent moisture absorption and heat generation function as well as heat preservation performance,both of which meet the standard and have long-lasting effects and are suitable for developing fall and winter sports knitted garments.
