摘　　要：文章采用阳离子可染改性涤纶与细旦华绒■纤维混纺成纱,再与莫代尔、氨纶共同制成纬编织物,对其纺纱、针织、前处理、预定形、染色及成品定形过程进行了详细分析,并给出了各工艺环节的控制要点。所制得的成品面料物理指标符合国家标准要求:抗起毛起球等级为正面2~3级、反面2级;抗勾丝等级为正面4~5级,反面4级;耐水洗及耐摩擦色牢度均达4~5级。此外,面料手感软糯滑爽又略带身骨,在针织保暖内衣面料的开发与应用领域具有广阔的前景。The article adopts cationic dyeable modified polyester and fine denier Walon fiber blended into yarn,and then makes weft-knitted fabrics with modal and spandex.The article analyzes the spinning,knitting,pretreatment,pre-setting,dyeing and finished product setting process in detail,and provides the control points of each process sector.The physical indexes of the finished fabric meet the requirements of national standards:anti-pilling grade is 2-3 on the front side and 2 on the back side;snagging resistance grade is 4-5 on the front side and 4 on the back side;color fastness to washing and wet rubbing all reaches 4-5.In addition,the fabric feels soft,smooth and well-pressed,and has a broad application prospect in the development and application of knitted thermal underwear fabrics.
