摘　　要：文章介绍了在TMT高速纺设备上生产磷系阻燃桔红128 dtex/72 f涤纶POY、在宏源HY 1000V加弹机上生产阻燃桔红167 dtex/144 f微网DTY的工艺技术,并对牵伸比、T_(1)张力、T_(2)张力、第一热箱温度和D/Y比等参数对试验样品物性指标的影响进行了分析。之后,在Barmag FK6T-80空气变形丝机上对阻燃167 dtex/144 f微网DTY和256 dtex/144 f POY进行变形加工,探讨了拉伸倍数、温度等对变形丝物理性能的影响。This paper introduces the production process of flame-retardant orange-red phosphorus 128 dtex/72 f polyester POY on TMT high-speed spinning equipment,and flame-retardant orange-red 167 dtex/144 f micro-network DTY on the Hongyuan HY 1000V texturing machine,and analyzes the effects of parameters such as drafting ratio,T1,T2,the temperature of the first heated box,and D/Y ratio on the physical properties of the test samples.Additionally,the paper discusses the air-texturing process of the flame-retardant 167 dtex/144 f micromesh DTY and 256 dtex/144 f POY on the Barmag FK6T-80 equipment,discussing the effects of drawing ratio and temperature,etc.,on the physical properties of the textured filaments.
