天丝^(TM)莱赛尔纤维高弹色织面料浆织工艺改进

摘　　要：文章分析了天丝^(TM)莱赛尔纤维高弹色织面料在生产织造过程中的难点,包括浆纱时经纱打绞断头和织造时容易出现脱断纬、缺纬、稀密路等织疵问题。通过降低经轴上经纱的含水率、减少浆纱过程中开慢车停车时间、加大经轴架退绕张力等工艺改进,改善了经纱打绞问题;通过合理设置储纬器纬纱缠绕间距、探纬器末端度数、减少纬停次数和处理纬停时间,有效减少了脱断纬、缺纬、稀密路的产生,提高了织机效率和产品质量。This paper analyzes the weaving difficulties of high elastic yarn-dyed fabrics made of Tencel^(TM) lyocell fiber,including thread in hank and end-breakage in sizing,and sloughed filling,broken filling,and weft crackiness in weaving.The hank knotting of warp yarn has been improved by reducing the moisture content of the warp yarn,reducing the slow parking time during the sizing process,and increasing the unwinding tension of the warp beam creel.And the woven defects such as sloughed filling,broken filling,and weft crackiness are effectively reduced by reasonably setting the weft winding spacing of the weft storage device,the end degree of the cop guard,and reducing the number of weft stops and process time.In doing so,improving the efficiency and product quality of the weaving machine.
