摘 要:文章通过研究涤/棉混纺织物的染色过程,归纳了不同类型分散染料与织物染色牢度之间的关系,结果表明,蒽醌、杂环类分散染料在涤纶织物上的色牢度相对较差。重点研究了活性染料套染过程中染料、盐、碱等对织物上分散染料的分布以及色牢度的影响,结果表明,碱作用下取代基为酯基的偶氮型染料会从涤纶向棉移动,织物的色牢度有所下降;而某些杂环型染料的亲水性增强,浮色从纤维脱落,织物的色牢度提升明显。在染色结束后,利用免还原清洗剂TF-288E和酸性还原清洗粉TF-288BF进行皂洗,可有效去除浮色,省去常规还原清洗工艺,获得优异的色牢度。By studying the dyeing process of polyester/cotton blended fabrics,this paper summarizes the relationship between different types of disperse dyes and the color fastness of fabrics.Results indicated that the color fastness of anthraquinone and heterocyclic disperse dyes on polyester fabrics is relatively poor.And the paper focused on the influence of dyes,salt,alkali,etc.on the distribution of disperse dyes on fabrics and color fastness in the over dyeing with reactive dyestuffs.The results showed that the azo dyes with ester substituents will move from polyester to cotton under the action of alkali,decreasing the color fastness of the fabrics;while the hydrophilicity of some heterocyclic dyes will be enhanced,the loose color will fall off from the fibers,and the color fastness of the fabrics will be significantly improved.After dyeing,soaping the fabrics with the non-reduction cleaning agent TF-288E and the acidic reduction clearing powder TF-288BF can effectively remove the loose color,eliminate the conventional reduction cleaning process,and obtain excellent color fastness.
