针织衬衫超高级免烫整理工艺的研究

摘　　要：为满足市场对纬编针织衬衫面料的抗皱性要求,文章对棉/涤芝麻点针织衬衫面料的免烫整理工艺进行了研究:选取高温整理交联树脂CR-E作为整理剂,探究了免烫焙烘一步法整理工艺中的树脂浓度、催化剂浓度、焙烘温度与焙烘时间等条件对针织衬衫面料DP等级等各项指标的影响并对其中的具体原因进行分析。最终优化整理工艺为:树脂CR-E浓度120 g/L,催化剂相对树脂用量为35%,焙烘温度为165℃,焙烘时间为120s。在该工艺条件下,纬编针织衬衫面料的DP等级可达到3.8级。In order to meet the market requirements for the wrinkle resistance of weft knitted shirting,the non-iron finishing process of cotton/polyester sesame dot knitted shirting was studied.Using high-temperature finishing cross-linked resin CR-E as a finishing agent,the effects of resin concentration,catalyst concentration,baking temperature and baking time in the non-iron baking one-step finishing process on the DP grade of knitted shirting were investigated,and relevant reasons were analyzed.The optimized finishing process is as follows:the concentration of resin CR-E is 120 g/L;the relative concentration of catalyst is 35%;baking at 165℃for 120 seconds.Under such conditions,the DP grade of weft knitted shirting could reach 3.8.
