山区高速公路隧道事故特征及安全改善措施

摘  要:为完善山区高速公路隧道事故规律,提升隧道事故预防处置水平,统计分析云南省共9185起高速公路隧道事故历史数据,总结隧道事故发生频次、事故类型及车型比例和空间分布等特征,并提出相关安全改善措施。研究表明,山区高速公路隧道事故频次和月份相关,1月、3月、6月、9月、10月、11月和12月内隧道事故发生频次较高;隧道事故类型主要包括追尾、碰擦、自燃、碰撞设施、掉排水沟等,追尾和碰擦事故占比超出90%;隧道事故的易发车型比例从大到小分别为小客车、大货车、拖挂车、中货车、大客车和小货车;不同隧道区段的隧道事故发生频次不同,从大到小分别为隧道入口段1、中间段、出口段1、入口段2、出口段2、过渡段1、过渡段2。In order to improve the law of mountain expressway tunnel accidents and the level of prevention and treatment of tunnel accidents,a total of 9185 sets of historical data of expressway tunnel accidents in Yunnan Province were statistically analyzed.The tunnel accident frequency,characteristics of accident type and spatial distribution were summarized,and safety improvement measures were proposed.The results show that the tunnel accident frequency in mountainous expressway is related to the month,and the tunnel accident frequency is higher in January,March,June,September,October,November and December.The tunnel accidents types mainly include rear-end,collision,spontaneous combustion,collision facilities,and drainage ditches.The proportion of rear-end and collision accidents exceeds 90%.The proportion of vehicle types prone to tunnel accidents from large to small are small passenger cars,large trucks,trailers,medium trucks,buses and small trucks;the tunnel accident frequency in different tunnel sections is different.From large to small,they are tunnel entrance section 1,middle section,exit section 1,entrance section 2,exit section 2,transition section 1 and transition section 2.
