摘　　要：针对糖尿病患者,"sick-day"管理可预防糖尿病急性并发症的发生以及改善预后。"sick-day"泛指糖尿病患者因各种原因致血糖控制紊乱的时期,如处理不当,可能会导致酮症酸中毒或严重低血糖昏迷,甚至危及生命。目前国内尚无统一的专业术语,但其管理理念及实践措施已得到广泛认可。文章主要就近年来sick-day管理在糖尿病患者综合管理中的应用进展进行综述。For diabetic patients,sick-day management can prevent the occurrence of acute complications of diabetes and im‐prove the prognosis.Sick-day refers to a period when diabetic patients experience disordered glycemic control due to various causes.If not handled properly,it may lead to ketoacidosis or severe hypoglycemic coma,or even endanger life.At present,there is no unified professional terminology in China,but its management concept and practical measures have been widely recognized.This article mainly reviews the application progress of sick-day management in the comprehensive management of diabetic patients in recent years.
