湖南省岳阳市物流降本增效对策研究--基于长江流域港口城市对比分析

摘　　要：为科学制定适合湖南省岳阳市物流产业降本增效的政策举措,助力岳阳尽早实现迈入全国物流成本最低城市行列的目标,需要对长江流域主要港口城市社会物流总费用占GDP比率值影响因素进行对比分析。本文分析了长江流域主要港口城市的社会经济发展水平、货物运输方式、港口货运量和航运物流奖补政策等因素对社会物流总费用占比的影响,提出可以从物流技术改善、政策扶植支持、提升物流行业管理水平、培育或引进龙头企业、产业结构调整与优化和物流数据统计优化等方面降低岳阳市社会物流总费用与GDP比率。To scientifically formulate policy measures suitable for reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the logistics industry of Yueyang City,Hunan Province,and to help Yueyang achieve the goal of becoming one of the cities with the lowest logistics costs in China as soon as possible,it is necessary to conduct a comparative analysis of the factors affecting the ratio of total social logistics costs to GDP in major port cities in the Yangtze River Basin.This article analyzes the impact of factors such as the socio-economic development level,freight transportation mode,port freight volume,and shipping logistics incentive policies of major port cities in the Yangtze River Basin on the proportion of total social logistics costs.It proposes that the ratio of total social logistics costs to GDP in Yueyang City can be reduced through logistics technology improvement,policy support,improving logistics industry management level,cultivating or introducing leading enterprises,adjusting and optimizing industrial structure,and optimizing logistics data statistics.
