摘　　要：为有效解决日益扩大的变电站规模与有限的运维资源(人、财、物)的矛盾,以内部模拟市场为抓手,将班组和变电站运维的各项成本与工作产出数据化,计算出不同班组和组内员工在内部模拟市场中的贡献与价值,以此推动各资源要素合理化流动,及时发现变电站安全管理中的短板,提高人员积极性,实现变电站安全与运维工作效率的双提升。To effectively solve the conflict between the expanding scale of substations and the limited operation and maintenance resources(manpower,finance and material),the costs and work output related to team as well as substation operation and maintenance are digitized,based on which the contributions and values of various teams and team members in the internal simulative market are calculated beginning with the internal simulative market,so as to promote the rational flow of various resource elements,timely discover the shortcomings in substation safety management,improve the staff enthusiasm,and realize the double improvement of substation safety as well as operation and maintenance efficiency.
